IHM Chefs serve Nepalese Food to Vice President Pun

This is one of the historical movement in Nepalese Culinary history ever that Team IHM has got an opportunity to prepare and serve Nepalese delicacy #ChaurasiByanjan to vice president of Nepam Hon. Nanda Kishor Pun as an even co partner in colaboration with ChaurasiByanjan Pvt. Ltd lead by Chef Prem Lal Ghising 26th of Jeshtha in Kathmandu .

There mentors of IHM along with over 30 Next tomorrows Chef from College has prepared 84 items of Nepalese cuisine in traditional way to serve Mr. Pun .

On this occasion, Hon. Vice President pun has expressed his gratitude to all the chefs and next tomorrows’ chef who involved in making this event grand success .

He observed and making some queries over all the cuisine with chefs . He asked ‘ how much time to take all the 84 Byanjan ”

A day before , IHMChefs and Nepalese chefs team along with Prof. Jyoti Prakash Tamang, Prof. of Sikkim University , Dr. Namrata Tamang, Chef Prem Lal Ghising , CEO of IHM College, Mr. Surach Prasai , Chef Bhavi Khanal, Chef Bikash Dangol , Chef Jit MOktan, Chef Surya Kiran Shrestha , Senior Vice President of HAN, Binayak Shah were invited by President office Of Nepal to Meet Hon. President Bidhya Devi Bhandari .
