IHM college and Hospitality Guides in association with various Nepalese chefs and culinary umbrella organization had jointly organized ” Selrooti Swad” – Taste of Nepalese Food ” The Next destination in 2019 at Dakchinkali Tample to promote local small food business .

There are almost 60 + local selroti businesses since 5 decades . in Post covid senario, IHM and guides initiate to disseminate positive massage to nation and international community that Nepal is ready to welcome with all the delicacy of heritage cuisine in a best way .

sel roti business personals were participated in participatory competition where 16 iconic legendary and professional chefs assigned as judge .

Mayor of Dakchinkali municipality and senior vice president of HAN Mr. Binatak Shah where special guests to honor and encourage business man around the temple . ‘ Maya didi ” – got 1st position among 60 + local sel roti businesses . She was awared by 25,000 cash prize and certificate by Mayor .
